Free Shipping
Enjoy free USPS Ground shipping on any order of $150 or more.
Orders of $400 or more automatically qualify for free USPS Priority shipping, which typically arrives in 2–3 business days.

Orders under $150: $5.00
Orders $150 and up: Free

Orders under $400: $10.00

Order Handling Time
We usually process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time.
Delays or Issues
We do our best to ensure your package arrives on time, but sometimes unexpected delays can happen (weather, holidays, carrier issues, etc.). If there’s ever a problem or a delay with your order, feel free to reach out to us at [your support email], and we’ll do our best to help.
Return and Exchange Policy
At Three Gems Boutique, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges on any of our products.
However, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
The request is submitted within the 7-day window.
The item arrived damaged, stained, or defective.
The product you received is different from what you originally ordered.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please email us at threegemsboutique19@gmail.com with your reason and order details (include "Exchange" and your order number in the subject line).
Once your request is reviewed and approved by our customer support team, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If your original payment was made in USD, any refunds will also be issued in USD. Customers are responsible for any differences due to currency exchange rates. Three Gems Boutique is not liable for fluctuations in currency values that may affect the final refunded amount.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your original payment method
